We backtest and monitor 25 km² tiles for priority pathogens using environmental, climate, and land-use signals. Ebola model AUROC 0.975; five additional pathogens have bootstrap-CV AUROC between 0.877 and 0.983.
Built to be transparent to researchers, health ministries, and multilateral agencies, with cryptographic receipts on every prediction so the model card and the commit timestamp are not something you have to take on trust.
