AqtaBio provides national and sub-national public health agencies with a programmatic interface to our pre-etiologic spillover early-warning system. This page documents integration options, compliance frameworks, and data residency commitments for government partners.

Authenticated endpoints return tile-level risk scores, SHAP feature drivers, and confidence bands at monthly cadence. Role-based access control (RBAC) supports researcher, public-health-officer, and admin tiers. JWT issued via email OTP, no shared secrets required.
Authorised PHO and admin accounts can export full tile datasets with geometry, confidence bands, top SHAP drivers, and governance metadata via POST /exports. Exports are audit-logged with user ID and timestamp.
Subscribe to automated alerts when any tile in a configured bounding box crosses a configurable risk threshold. Alerts are delivered via webhook or email. See POST /api/alerts/subscribe.
High-risk predictions (top 1% tiles) enter a HITL queue requiring PHO sign-off before distribution. This satisfies governance requirement 8.4 and prevents automated false-positive alerts reaching field teams.
Data residency: eu-west-1 (Ireland)
Data residency: us-east-1 (N. Virginia)
Data residency: Multi-region (data residency selectable)
All predictions pass through an 8-layer governance framework: (1) data provenance attestation, (2) feature-level audit hash, (3) model version pinning, (4) circuit-breaker on stale data (>90 days), (5) HITL sign-off queue, (6) role-based export controls, (7) immutable audit log, and (8) bias monitoring across demographic and geographic axes. Full audit trails are available via the Governance panel in the dashboard.
Government agency access requires PHO-tier account creation and a brief data-sharing agreement. Contact the AqtaBio team via the access request form to begin the onboarding process.
